Park Information (under State Farm Park Resources) Updated 05/02/2026.
Check the State Farm site (button below) for hours, phone numbers, park card requests, and other contact information, as well as seasonal changes to hours. Open usually from Memorial Day through Labor Day. This link is to the State Farm website, which has Park Information and links to resources. For park card requests, click on “Park Card Requests”. There is a tab for Employees, retirees, and agents. Retirees should use the Retiree tab! Follow the copy and paste information. The park cards expire at the end of each year in December. You need to renew your cards each year. In 2025, there was a charge that you don’t need to get a new card AFTER you renew your cards. So yes, you need to send in the email to renew your cards still each year as long as you still have your card. If you lost your card, you will have to request a new one on the State Farm website.
There was a change to the eligibility requirements: the cardholder has to live within 60 miles of Bloomington. See the State Farm website for more information.
Remember, a photo ID is required for anyone over 16.
Each person with a park card is allowed 2 guests per card to enter the park at any time. So there are no restrictions on guests on weekends anymore.
The park shelters can once again be reserved (see the State Farm Park site for instructions on how to do this).
The hotline number is 309-766-1699.
Keep an eye on this spot for updates for this coming year.
This is the email reply you will get when you renew your park cards:
