State Farm Annual Back-2-School Donation Drive

Donations to the Back 2 School Alliance will directly benefit the students of District 87 and Unit 5.

Donations are shipped directly to Back 2 School Alliance and will be given to students during the Backpack Distribution Event on August 7th.

Ordering Process:

1. Access the EPI/Bloomington State Farm Ordering Site

2. Select desired item:

• Student Supply Kits at $13.50 each (customized by the school districts specifically for middle school)

• 18-inch Back Packs at $10.00 each

• Teacher Items at $8.55

3. Enter desired quantity

4. Select Add to Cart

5. Select Checkout Now or Continue Shopping

6. Enter Billing Information

7. Select Continue

8. Select Pay with Credit Card

9. Enter Payment Information

10. Select Process Transaction

11. Once the credit card is processed, the donor will receive an order number and confirmation on the screen as well as an email with the order details

12. Orders will be consolidated and shipped together to arrive early August
